Meatballs in a Muffin Tin!

These are by far the best meatballs that I ever made and I believe I owe it all to Alton Brown and his suggestion of cooking them in a muffin tin~Best Idea Ever!! Either that or I'm just getting good at this cooking thing. Probably a little of both...

I believe the flash ruined this picture and made them look gross, but I promise you they were delicious!
