Nail Salons: To do or not to do?!
I just read the below and had to share... pretty disturbing...
In America, a recent study by renowned podiatrist Dr Robert Spalding, author of the slightly scary-sounding tome Death by Pedicure, revealed that 75% of nail bars fail to disinfect their tools properly, and that over one million visitors to nail bars in the US leave with a viral, fungal or bacterial infection as a result of dirty tools or surfaces.
