Random Goat? In London?

Random Goat? In London?

Does anyone have any idea as to why this goat is standing on a stack of crates near Spittafield's Market (near Brick Lane) ?

    It has been there since January and I believe it was a contest. I believe the goat stands for non conformity or independence or something of that nature.
