Looking for a London Flat? Need a great agent?

As you all know we've been looking for a new flat.  It is not fun.

At first you think, "oh, this is kindda fun" and then the more you see the less you like and then more decisions are to be made... then you get to a point where you just feel beaten.  That's the point where I am at "BEATEN".

I've been working with 3 agents. 1 agent hardly shows me any flats and he works for Chase Apartments. The second agent has only shown me 2 flats and works for Foxtons. (By the way, Foxtons charges a £420 admin fee so consider yourself forewarned).  The third agent, the only girl of the bunch is FANTASTIC! She emails me great specs of flats to look at and then I narrow down the list to just the ones I want to see. She's nice, not annoying, doesn't try to talk me into anything, she's absolutely great to work with.  I highly recommend her if you are ever needing an agent in London.  Kamila, works for Henry and James.  She even drives a scooter which I find pretty bad-ass for some reason. Maybe I need a scooter? Ok... maybe not... but the idea of having one seems fun!  Anyways, here is her card.
