Wednesday I toured Leiths School of Food and Wine...
I may enroll in one of their 4 week certificate programs... I have to decide by Monday... My first day will be August 16 and I would go Monday-Friday all day long if I pull the trigger and actually enroll. Right now, I'm leaning towards "yes", the only thing that's really holding me back is writing the check to pay for it. I'm cheap and that school is not. So we shall see...
My latest dish was veal piccatta. It was tasty. For my first try I give myself a strong B. Mike ate everything that was available which was a good sign. I wished I would of remembered to take pictures...
