Let me catch you up...

Here are a few things that have happened lately....
Me and Lauren in Jerusalem standing at Mount of Olives

1) While we were in Tel Aviv, my friend Lauren, left her passport, wallet, you name it in the taxi on our way out to check out the night life at the port... After going to the police station, countless hours of looking and re-looking through her bags/hotel room, hours on the phone with the airline and calling the embassy... Missing her flight to London...staying an extra day in Tel Aviv... The taxi driver found her wallet and returned it to her at the hotel. WHAT A GREAT TAXI DRIVER! She was a very lucky girl! A day later she arrived in London where I then gave her a quick 4.5 hour tour of London to where I somehow managed to show her everything except for the shopping hot spots.  We were on a mission. A successful mission.

2) We went to see the Goo Goo Dolls at the O2 Brixton Academy (capacity 5k) where we had standing stall tickets and quickly learned that we are too old for standing stall tickets... either that or we were definitely just standing around the wrong people.  Great Show though! Those guys were real good and the crowd LOVED them! Everyone sang EVERY word to EVERY song.

3) Had a fabulous pot luck Thanksgiving dinner with great friends at Melissa & Rogers place. The food was fantastic everyone really out did themselves. Yum!

After we got home we were in a real good mood which means pulling up iTunes is a given and so is bad singing and dancing. What did we buy last night? Well... it's a good one. Tiffany's "I THINK WERE ALONE NOW"! Video Here!

4) We toured St. Paul's Cathedral on the free day were we checked out the American chapel inside, the whispering gallery (Mike not me), and the crypt where we paid our respects to the likes of Horatio Nelson, Duke of Wellington, Christopher Wren, Florence Nightingale, Alexander Fleming and many many more.  The cathedral is WELL worth a visit if you've never been.  The history of the place is pretty incredible.

5) After checking out St. Paul's we ended up at Byron Hamburgers
~ Best hamburgers in London~ No doubt about it! Delicious!

6) Colleen and I waited outside in line with tickets (coldest night of the year and OHHHH so windy) to see the Graham Norton Show (BBC) Colin Farrell, Danial Radcliffe and Rihanna were the guests that night... After 2.5 hours and near frost bit we did NOT get in and have since banned the idea of ever doing something like that again during the cold months. I blame the organizers for the poor organization. It was a bad bad bad bad bad set up. Shame on you.
what the wind did to my hair for 2.5 hours...

I'm also totally obsessed with hitting replay on this little tune: GLEE: Defying Gravity
Yeah I know. Weak! I don't care I absolutely love WICKED and this song is from it...
I've played it about 80 times in the last month.

Cheers,
WMMc
