Fish Pedicures?

As I was walking to Mailbox, etc, today in Notting Hill I noticed that the spa I usually peek into through the windows had remodeled. They have added a row of FISH PEDICURE tanks. I'm sorry, but I just don't get these. It seems so germy. I mean...come on people these fish eat your skin and then the next customers feet skin without brushing their teeth and flossing first. Not even a swish with Listerine. It just doesn't seem clean or relaxing.

    Fish pedicures were banned in Hong Kong and the US (I'm almost positive). They are GROSS!!!
