Don't Stop Believin'

Saturday night we saw Journey, Foreigner and Styx at Wembley Arena.
If only every Saturday night was like that!

Was it a great show? OH YES!
Did we have fun? OH YES!

If you haven't been to a show in London yet here is something that you will get a kick out of due to noise ordinances all shows run off a schedule so that they without a doubt end on time and that no set runs short or over.

For example, if your ticket says show starts at 7pm it will and it does.  Do not be late.
When we arrived we were met with schedules on the walls telling us the start and stop times for all 3 bands.  They also start giving you 10 minute and 5 minute warnings during the intermissions.

Styx started the show and all though I don't know a ton of their songs, I do know "Renegade" and they rocked it!
Styx
Next up was Foreigner and they WERE SO GOOD! I think they were actually better than Journey (I cant believe I just said that, but its true)  It's not the original singer, or even the second one, I think Foreigner latest lead singer is something like replacement #3 or #4?... Who cares though because they can totally rock!
Foreigner
Don't know what they sing? I know you have heard "Hot Blooded", "Cold as Ice", "Jukebox Hero", "Feels like the first time", "Double Vision",  "I want to know what love is" there are many more solid hits, but those are the big ones.

And then there was JOURNEY!
Again... not the original singer...the beloved Steve Perry has been gone for quite some time... However, the latest replacement sounds JUST LIKE HIM. He's a little guy from the Philippines by the name of Arnel Pineda that one of the band members found on youtube...  Ever since, that fabulous find Journey has been filling stadiums just like they did in the 80's well except with less hairspray and mullets.
